Tools required

Glazing mallet
13mm socket and ratchet.
Power drill + hss and masonry bits,.
Tape measure.
Spirit level,.
Silicone gun and polycarbonate silicone.

Parts Supplied

Hex bolts, nuts, wall plate end cap screws and bar end
cap screws. (in order as viewed).

Main bar top cap, edge bar top caps, edge bar side cheeks, sheet closures, wall plate bottom cap, wall plate top cap, eaves beam internal trim, eaves beam external trim, guttering, self support main bar, self support edge bars, wall plate carriage & trim, wall plate and eaves beam.

Main bar end cap, edge bar end cap, gutter outlet spiggot, stop end, eaves beam end cap, wall plate end caps, gutter brackets.

Put the wall plate in the required location using a level secure it using bolts (not supplied) 

Place the wall plate carriage in the wall plate and mark 30mm in from the end for the edge bar bolts.

 Put the main bar up to the wall plate carriage to determine the pitch required if you do not no what is needed and once happy with the pitch screw from the under side to hold in place. 

Using a 10mm drill bit drill through the wall plate where you have marked for the bars.

Mark 100mm in from the bottom and drill a 10mm hole in the bar lower caps.

Place the hex bolts in the 10mm hole and slide into the

 Channel on the bars.

Mark the eaves beam 30mm in from either end and drill a 10mm hole. You will need to mark and measure your centre bars also this will vary due to the size of roof kit ordered.

Place the eaves beam support trims 30mm either side of your drilled hole this is the width of the bar that fits into the area.

 Put your bars in place and secure with the nuts supplied. 

 Put the wall plate bottom cap on and the eaves beam internal trim using a glazing mallet. 

Push the polycarbonate into the wall plate making sure that it is pushed all the way into the channel over the rubber gaskets and then clip the bar caps into place using a glazing mallet. 

 Clip the wall plate top cap and the eaves beam external trim into place.

Screw the edge bar and main bar end caps on. 

Put gutter brackets into eaves beam and clip guttering on.

  Screw wall plate and eaves beam end cap on.
