Please note when you receive your goods you must check them for damage before you sign for them. Once signed as received in good condition claims for damaged goods are not covered by our carrier’s insurance company (signing unchecked will not cover you).
We will contact you the day your delivery is being despatched to confirm its packed and it is on the carrier most deliveries 98% will arrive on time Always check your deliver for damage when it is delivered before signing, all goods sent by us are insured against damage until you sign, signing unchecked does not cover the delivery against damage.
Do not book your builder until your materials are on site as some deliveries do go wrong and we are unable to compensate you for your builders time.
Storage
We send products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage. When the delivery has arrived you need to remove the outer packaging. Do not store plastic products in the packaging or inner bags in direct sunlight this will avoid damage to the products due to over heating
For deliveries to Islands around the UK excluding Ireland there may be a extra delivery charge requested by your local carrier that delivers in your area.

We now have a fleet of delivery vehicles which allows us to deliver direct to your door this service is a little more expensive than the conventional use of carrier company's but certain products we sell are available up to 7 meters long, hence by using our own transport we can be sure products reach you in first class condition. We believe its worth a little more. Products over 6m must be sent via our own transport Contact us for prices.
Our delivery service is normally within 48hrs from the date of order. However we also dispatch next day when ever possible. Some items on this site are only made to order these items will take longer to deliver.
Greenhouses with glass and conservatories take up to 28 days to deliver.
Standard delivery charges quoted on this site are for carrier delivery to UK mainland addresses .
Please note we do not have any small vans available for deliveries if your access is restricted and the lorry can not get in you will be asked to collect the goods from the nearest depot.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Elsewhere through out the UK our delivery service is arranged to allow us to deliver on a multi drop basis
Made to measure items may take longer if we expect your order to take more than 21 days we will contact you by email to inform you when we expect to make the delivery, some products need to be imported when out of stock this may cause delays we will contact you if its likely to be more than 21 days. All glass greenhouses will take 21 days unless they are stock items
Order Confirmations
We use secure servers in Australia these servers send out confirmation emails then send us the order, your order confirmation is from a computer not us. We do some times experience problems with these servers, if they are out of action for any reason your order may not get to us. Your order confirmation is not a confirmation of delivery times or dates, to get a confirmed delivery time and date you must contact us directly either via email or telephone we will then confirm a time and date when you can expect a delivery.
