An attractive quality German design is what characterizes the Lightline door canopy of Polymer. Slim white coatedsteel support brackets, aluminium bars and acrylic glass have been convincingly combined with regard to both their appearance as well as function. Besides protecting your front entrance, it enhances its appearance. Suitable for both commercial and domestic applications.

House-owners and builders can also choose between clear and frosted glass which looks even more luxurious door canopy. This design is also available in the colours blue and green. The 4mm thick acrylic glass is completely weather and UV-resistant. As a whole the product is durable. A hidden rubber joint prevents rain water from finding its way above the front door even when it rains heavily. This is achieved through bending the glass which lies on a hidden rain gutter, so that the water is drained sidewards.

 

Weighing only 16 kg, the door canopy is considered as light weight which facilitates the installation considerably. The manufacturer offers the product as an assembly set that allows an easy and quick installation - even for a layman.

In the case of old buildings, it is important to examine the condition of the outer walls. When required, heavy duty wall bolts may be required. (not supplied)

The biggest advantage is that there is no need to drill the acrylic glass. Special click lock clamps ensure that the acrylic glass is safely secured to the rain gutter. This is possible through a so-called �click lock� that is built like a puzzle piece and guarantees a strong connection. Polymer are having the invention patented. The canopy can be easily cleaned since it can be opened like a convertible. Lightline is available for doors and windows.
